David Woll:

David has been in the insurance industry for over 18 years.  He worked for The Hartford Insurance Group for 12 of those years.  While at The Hartford Insurance Group, David worked in Claims, Underwriting, and Management.  He left The Hartford in 2006, to purchase Knode & Associates.

David enjoys water activities, hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time with his wife Susan and his boys Nathan and Logan.

Susan Woll:

Susan has been in the Insurance industry for 3 years.   Prior to purchasing Knode & Associates in 2006, Susan worked in the legal department of First Data Corporation. Prior to that position she was a Paralegal at an Albuquerque, NM law firm.  Susan graduated from Moorhead State University in Moorhead MN.

Susan enjoys trips to Lake Powell,  volleyball, music, and attending family activities.

Monty Hess is very pleased to join Knode & Associates, LLC in commercial insurance sales. With over 23 years experience in insurance, 5 years in Underwriting and Commercial Marketing, and 17 years owning his own agency in Nevada, Monty brings a strong commercial insurance sales background to Knode & Associates. Monty, his wife, Kimberly Hess, and their cockatoo, Kookie, relocated from Nevada in 2005 and opened Mt. Garfield Bed & Breakfast in Clifton, CO. (www.mtgarfieldbnb.com)  Kookie, their 25 year old cockatoo, has been Monty’s sidekick in building his insurance business. You may also catch Monty driving around town and in parades in his 1914 Ford Model T touring car.  His other interests include their horses, skiing, golf, and the 4 acres they have in peaches.
